The UK has an extensive ecosystem of occupational health providers, employee assistance programmes, corporate medical services, and wellbeing partners. For the organisations that need to engage them — employers, insurers, brokers, public-sector bodies — the route to the right partner is rarely direct.
Information is dispersed across hundreds of provider websites. Vetting standards vary. Procurement timelines stretch. The cost is borne not in the largest line items, but in the cumulative friction of finding, validating, and engaging the right partner for each requirement.
OmniHealth Partners was incorporated in 2025 to address this directly. The company was established under the Companies Act 2006 with a clear scope: to operate a digital portal — classified under SIC code 63120 — that brings the healthcare partner ecosystem into a single, governed, accessible place.
Three principles guide the way we operate.
- 01 Independence We do not provide clinical services. Our role is to connect organisations with partners — not to compete with them. This separation is fundamental to the value of the portal.
- 02 Governance Every partner relationship is documented. Listings are reviewed against published criteria. Where a partner ceases to meet those criteria, the listing is removed.
- 03 Restraint The portal does its job by being unobtrusive. We do not seek to replicate the work of the providers themselves, nor of the organisations that engage them. We sit between the two and try to be useful.
